I thought Casey was crazy when he came to me with this, but being in the room with all of these incredible pieces of history convinced me immediately— they were like a symphony, a John Cage cloud of sound, simultaneously infuriating and delicate. A huge shoutout to my amazing engineer Dolmar, we got to experiment and generally confuse the camera department as we danced around to the sounds we would find in the clocks. Nearly all of the sounds in this track are organic, recorded on set.
